国内电气工程中防雷接地对接地材料具有多样性要求据此我公司自主研发了纳米复合导电涂料,并采用自动喷涂工艺,经在线高温烘烤。 以热浸镀锌钢为基材,导电材料与成膜材料以几乎同数量级的粒径相互渗透,彼此无明显的界面,电解质溶液不易渗透到涂层内部的基材。因此,具备优良的物理防腐性能和导电性能。同时,由于基体为热浸镀锌钢,涂层成分未含高电位如铜等金属,所以规避了“电化学腐蚀”问题,大大延长了接地材料的使用寿命。
